buahahahaha...see I love old-school computer stuff, but DOSBox is the only way to play old programs like that on a Win 7 64-bit system.[]

Has anyone here ever heard of Sid Meier's Pirates? They were a few different incarnations of a similar format, the most notable version being the one made in 2004.
My personal favorite feature of the game is the fact that the setting is a pretty accurate representation of Spanish, Dutch, English, and French holds in the Caribbean, to the point where as the years go by ingame, the geopolitical situation gradually shifts according to history.
Specifically, I like how, if you're persistant enough, you can say "history taking course? EFF THAT NOISE," and do something like capture all of Spain's holdings in South America for the French or whatever. I think I did that at one point.

I'm thinking of getting a new PS3 game. So far I've narrowed it down to Deus Ex: Human Revolution, or Infamous 2. I might try finishing some of my other games first, though. But does anyone have any recommendations for either game?
