Nope, you're thinking of John DeLancie, who also played Q in Star Trek TNG.

John DiMaggio also played the Scotsman who occasionally showed up on Samurai Jack, as well as Marcus Fenix from Gears of War, Aquaman in Batman The Brave and the Bold, and many other characters.
