Did you know I keep chickens? They are quite inquisitive.

Do they really make occasional clucks and "baCKAW"s ever so often? Because that's one of the best things about chickens in my opinion.

They do in fact "BaCKAW" quite regularly.

It's not really a cluck so much as a long rising...note. Maybe I can upload a video.

Most people don't keep chickens around here. One chicken is the most I have ever known people to keep. I once knew someone who kept peacocks.
Basically, if it's not cotton you're raising, it's cattle. (Corn is grown so we can rotate fields once in a while).

Hawaii is home to the largest cattle ranch in the united states (Although it imports most of it's beef, oddly enough) and a large amount of people, on the Big Island, at least, have horses, or cattle, or chickens, etc. My landlord has four sheep, but they stay on our property.

He had a bunch of chickens, too.

Im pretty sure we grow just about everything. The vast amount of climates (11 biomes on one island) allow a large variety of crops to grow well here.

A friend of mine has chickens. I have never seen said chickens.
