Well in that case, got it working now!

but...the 1.0 is out.

Everyone was going on about 1.9 a while ago, and seeing as how the version I had was 1.8, searching for 1.9 was the only logical conclusion.

that enough ppl to play.

yeah, after minecon notch updated it to 1.0

Server is back up, I upgraded my ram to 8 gig and updated java and my video drivers

My moat is done and needs to be filled, and the walls for my fortress are missing a few stones to be finished.

eh sry about werewolf not being as much fun as expected. it was a trial run so next time will be better. also sam will be judge next time

I was just frustrated at how lagtastic my computer wanted to be during the game - hopefully it will be better next time~

Why do we need to change worlds?

I'm not opposed to a fresh world, things are starting to get a bit cluttered, I think.

well, unless you guys can guarantee me you can bring up my fortress and my complete underground base with my mine and all, at a place where I'd like it, then I don't mind the change of area.

sam can get your castle and your underground base, but the mine you may have to start over with. anything u want to keep just put in a chest.

We don't have to change worlds so there isn't any particular "need" to.

I started the world we are currently playing on a looooong time ago (as far as minecraft is concerned). Well the world was spawned back when you couldn't use your own seed, weather hadn't been implemented and there has since been major overhauls to the biomes.

I had toyed with the thought of re-rolling a new world since minecraft is in it's official release. I won't re-roll if people are against it and I can port structures over, I won't be able to get everything and I can email copies of the world to whoever wants one.
