TTBM: So, we had this little gecko named Gordon who lived in our bathroom window. he was super cute, and could fit on your thumb. He would let you pet him and everything.


Well, it rained really hard last night, and, apparently, he got caught up in the water and drowned.


I tried to wrap him in tiolet paper and give him a cremation (Because fuck burying, fire is cool) and I found out that tiolet paper apparently does not burn. At least not clumped up.

Which actually came as a pretty big shock to me.

Also, a memorial service at a church near where the school shooting happened had to be cut short because of a bomb threat.

I wonder if all these shootings and threats have something to do with the fact that, for many people, the earth will end in 5 days...

Buying a ten dollar game on Steam, only to find out, too late, that your computer can't handle said game and that it lags horribly when you try to play it, even in windowed mode with resolutions and graphics to the minimum.

You may be aware of Steam's ugly inbred cousin that everyone hates.
It's name is Origin. It's basically EA's version of Steam, if Steam was worse. Much worse.
Anyways, I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy. I figured I'd get all the games installed in one swoop. So I entered the activation code for the Trilogy which is supposed to allow all 3 to install. Unfortunately, someone along the way of designing Origin is incompetent. The 3rd game requires another code. Which no-one has. I could, theoretically, download the game, because for some reason installing via download does not require a code, but by disk does. Theoretically. The game file is over 2 times my monthly download limit. So y'know. That's out.
I am most displeased.

I hate origin cuz now I can't play My C&C games without internet.

TTBM: I had an exam today (well actually I had 2) and I had studied well for it:nearly no mistakes made on any of the old exams put online for practice (they were fairly representative of the exam of today). However, doing those (almost the same) calculations on the actual exam today, only gave answers that could not possibly be true. I have no idea what I did wrong on them...

I remember a math exam I had last year. None of the questions were things we learn in class. Still had the higher score

I had an oral exam in French today, but I was hacking and coughing so much I couldn't hardly say anything.

Well isn't that French anyway? But seriously, foreign language oral exams are tough....I remember doing them in Russian...[]
