TTBM #4? 5? I don't even-

TTBM: At my desk at work I have a left-handed clock (i.e., a clock as if seen in a mirror)...there are times now when I look at a regular clock and have to do a double-take before understanding what time it says. []

TTBM: So I went to the Neurologist on Tuesday and I'm not being taken/weaned off any of my (mood, sleep, appetite, memory and everything-goddamn-else-affecting) meds (that include loovely little side affects like SCHIZOPHRENIA and PARANOIA and motherfucking mood swings that are doing my fucking head in) and I get to go for ANOTHER SCAN.
YAAAAY.

Because I just love having dudes poke at my fucking brain.

Seriously, fuck MRI scans and fuck shitty old medication that they won't take me off.
I'm on 3 different meds and the plan was to shift me as much as possible off the oldest and worse one.

ALSO, I was placed on the waiting list for this scan after my last neurologist appointment.
Without my knowledge.
Fucking doctors.

But hey, I scored 30/30 on the memory test so it's not affecting my memory over the space of about a minute.
Which is fan-fucking-tastic.
Because, y'know, academic year == one minute.

Tuomey has a condition that made itself known after he began to have violent seizures for which he has to be hospitalized. He has not yet found a way to treat it so that it does not impact his life. Add this to his already stressful academic career, living situation and home life and you can see why there are things for him to be bugged about.

So I'm basically angry at my neurology clinic for being a flammendouchewagen at the moment.

TTBM: Parents are arguing, as they oft do, but tonight something pretty telling happened. Mom apparently interrupted dad, and his reaction was to angrily get in her face and scream point blank at her for doing so.
I don't even think he's drunk yet.

Everything's calmed down now. Nothing to call the cops over. Just them being childish again.

My cat I had since I was 5 died on Friday. Bob was the nicest little cat you'd ever meet. I always said that the only people who didn't like cats were the ones who hadn't spent any time with him. He'd curl up under any blanket, if he could. He thought he was a dog, always following us around, coming when we called him. He was the best. I miss him.

As someone who also lost a cat recently, I know how you feel.

I feel bad for you. I would have 9 cats if two of them hadn't run away to start a family togather. The cyotes probly got them a long time ago, knowing where we live.
My famliy's lost a lot of cats throughout the years, and I still miss them dear.
