i would re install it, or defrag the computer.

ttbm: more movie maker issues, i "bought' a copy of windows movie maker that worked untill recently, just fine. it ct and edited, it only acted up every once in a while (as movie maker seems to do.) but otherwise it worked fine, publishing movies ans everything
but just recently it decided to not publish movies. which is annoying because windows live is a mess to deal with. it comes up with a generic message that either the source file is no longer present of u dont have enough room. neither of those is true. so i tried to reinstall it and the problem has persisted. it still edits and saves and plays jut like it did before, it just wont publish. any clue as to what i can do?

I've had problems with the newest firefoxes, but Chrome seems simple and smooth. I also love their bookmark system :3

I will try to look into why FF won't load for you JT, see if I can find anything.

Same thing happened to me, upgraded to Internet Explorer.
Runs real smooth. I don't trust Crome due to the resecnt hyjackings of sreach engines. I can't go to Google and look up a piture or find a web page with out some scam or "rederict" to a fake search engine that will try to plant viruses on your computer. You have to close the window to get rid of it.
Anybody with a Google powered browser having the same problem? Make sure you look at the top few on the search.

Also: Redirects like that happen on your side of the connection, Katls (else almost everyone would get them). I'd run some scans if I were you. Just this week I had to completely reinstall my brother's computer because it was teeming with viruses, that redirecting thing being one of the symptoms.

I've been runing scans, but it hasn't been detecting any viruses.

Katls, my computer does the exact same thing - it actually IS a virus - malware. It directs your searches to different sites that are advertisements. It's relatively harmless, if it's only redirecting your searches, just annoying. Opening links in a new tab sometimes prevents redirects if it helps. Malware is hard to rid of though :l

I refuse to use Chrome, because I don't like giving Google that much power...

I don't like Google chrome because it seems to make my computer derp a lot more than Firefox does.

I can't get the money to go to college until I've gone to college for about a month, which is gonna make it really hard to move up there.
(You see, the grant system requires you to attend for two or three weeks before it pays you for the first month. Then you get the money a week or two after that. At the end of the college year you get money after your exams when you don't need it anymore. Derp.)

TTBM: Started seeing a girl. Have realised that it's not going to work. But she's become very, very clingy. For example:

1. Wigging out when I don't respond to a text within 30 minutes
2. Wigging out when I don't cross the room to hug/kiss her hello when I'm dealing with a crisis at work
3. Refering to me (after knowing me for four weeks) to her friends/random people as her 'other half'
4. Seeing my chosen field of study as a joke
5. Threatening to send Sicilians after me if I leave

I've seen 'Fatal Attraction'. I've seen 'Swimfan'. This is where she come after me with a knife, isn't it?

I can have a Squirtle Squad ready to spray her with water in 13 hours.
