SRSLY! i'm not even at the end! they are throwing so many enemies at me right now its not even funny, and on top of that there's this thing as well! why is it that i can't seem to beat any dead space game!

wonderful game! btw the most powerful armor and weapons u can get is the stuff from the nights of the 9 expansion. the gear can level up with you, and you can recharge it. but do that expansion last if u are planning on doing the theives guild or the assassin's guild... and the shivering isle expansion.

Dead Space is fun (and pretty easy, I'm not gonna lie) but I wish the crazies would stop slitting their throats around me. It makes my dad uncomfortable.

I've done WAY more in Majora's Mask than I thought I'd be able to do.

It seems like it took my brother about a year to get every one of the masks, but I've already only got about 7 to go, which can all easily be obtained by just following the storyline at this point.

That may be because of the fact that for a while, we couldn't even get past the very beginning where you have to get back to normal after being turned into a deku.
Then we didn't really know what to do for a while after getting back to normal, just wandering around Clock Town.
When we got to the Swamp we were stuck yet again, but got help from a friend.
When we got to the mountain, I remember us getting stuck AGAIN for a bit.

Then after that, I don't remmeber us getting stuck for too long in places, so I guess that was whhen my brother cracked down and started getting every mask.

So maybe all of my fond memories of watching my brother play are all just filler for the times we had no idea what to do.

Screw it, I still love thinking up the time I woke up and came down stairs to watch him wander around the Mountain after finishing the dungeon so it became spring. That was awesome. I can't remember why, it just was.

For me, whenever I'm just about to beat the game, I try to help everyone I can. I find Kafei and get him back with Anju, I stop the long, boring meeting at the mayor's place, I beat every single one of the temples, I get the Zora's eggs back, I save the cows from the creepy aliens, ect.

All this in the three game days before fighting the boss.

Speaking of, as long as you have 4 bottles, getting the eggs back doesn't take nearly as long as I remember it to have.
I just wish I had the extended magic meter,because that would have made getting the last three eggs a lot faster of a process.

But anyways, I plan on getting the Keaton's Mask, Postman's Hat, and Couple's Mask last, so literally right after I do those intertwining sidequests, I finish the game.

For the magic meter, I think you have to get all the stray fairies in the snowhead temple

Oh lord, getting all the stray faries.... It's a pain.
And let it be known that the couples mask is a bitch to get.
Ironic that getting the Fierce Deity Mask is actually harder than fighting Majora without it. I'm looking at you, Goron Moon Challenge.

My sister is currently trying to beat the Water Temple in Zelda OoT.

May God have mercy on her soul.

Usually, what makes it so difficult is at the very beginning, there's a screwup involving using a certain small key to open a door that it shouldn't have opened. Almost everybody makes that mistake apparently.

I have to whizz over these since I haven't actually played Majora's Mask yet. Shock horror!

In other news, Final Fantasy 7 costumes are coming to LittleBigPlanet! What a nice idea.

I have never played a Zelda, Metroid, Starfox, GTA, Kirby or Final Fantasy. I am a bad gamer.

I've never played any of those either actually.

I haven't played much Zelda: so far I've only played OoT to completion. Wind Waker feels somewhat disappointing so far, Metroid Prime was good (I'm playing Corruption now), Kirby and Star Fox are almost entirely unexplored to me.

I've played GTA and Final Fantasy quite a bit, but again I haven't actually completed either yet.

RVGT: Am I the only guy who got so into games so much that I would imagine elaborate plots?

For example, when playing Super Mario 64, I would have Mario lose his hat, and then call him "Chuck," a descendant of Mario who was also a plumber, called in to work on the plumbing of Peach's Castle. In there, he'd get caught in the plot of the game, and, eventually, he'd find the fabled hat, and, when he put it on, he'd immediatley realize that he is Mario's reincarnation, and would take on his role as the guardian of the Mushroom Kingdon.

WAIT A MINUTE.

THIS IS A VIDEO GAME THREAD.

WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT A TABLETOP GAME.

I think I've been playing too much starcraft. I was driving around today and some glare on my windshield made this very brief rippling effect in the air and literally the first thing to go through my mind was "Hey, theres a Dark Templar on the road"

(A DT is a permanently cloaked Starcraft unit and all the enemy sees without detection in a slight ripple effect)

At one point, I had played Oblivion so much that at some points during stressful or fast paced moments of my life, I'd briefly try to pause.

After that came a rather long period of distancing myself from Oblivion before I got all crazy and started hallucinating that Imperial guards would start coming out of the woodworks to arrest me whenever I picked up a piece of silverware not meant for me.

I have that hallucination all the time. Except it's not imperial guards, it's cops, and it's not when I pick up silverware, it's when I set the police station on fire.

I dropped my controller, which fell on the trigger for my shotgun. I receive accidental fire using my shotgun, which hits a Brahmin right in the eye. He charges, knocks over a Megaton resident, who regains balance only to pull out her pipe and give chase at me. No one else saw this, or, for some reason, she is the only person who cares I shot the Brahmin. Probably because she was charged. I run into the bar to escape, thinking I am safe.

I run to the farthest corner, crouching, and activate stealthboy. She soon runs into the bar, screaming, but she can't find me - the stealth bar reads 'caution' and she is making her way towards me. I inch my way up the stairs, and unequipped my gun. I am trying to move, but I can't see myself clearly because I am partially invisible. I fall over the side of the stairs .... right on the girl who was chasing me. The screen reads DANGER and now the entire bar is alerted to me. For some reason they all become one hivemind and give chase.

I run from the bar and am chased across the entire town of Megaton, and by now even the old patriotic guy is chasing me with his fists waving and sprouting words of hate. I finally enter my house, where Dogmeat and Wadsworth greet me (I hope things are going good for you today, Madam!) and I run upstairs. Wadsworth follows.

I contemplate reloading my game when I push the wrong button, and punch Wadsworth in the eye. He gets angry, yells about his pride and how he has to clean up my blood, and I put my fists down ... where he pauses and says "Aw, it's water under the bridge." And heads downstairs, forgiving me.

Suddenly, forgetting that most of the town is after me, my downstairs door flings open and I hear Dogmeat growling and tearing into someone's armor. Wadsworth begins burning everyone in sight, and suddenly my house is filled with burning, angry, torn up townspeople running around screaming that I'm a raider and I'm filth and that they will kill me.

I manage to shoot down the last hostile, and I'm standing in my living room, health nearly gone, left leg crippled from when I fell down my stairs - again.

I sigh, and count the dead bodies, pondering if I should reload my game, because I didn't lose any karma from the encounter and I would have made off with some decent loot. Suddenly, I go to punch a dead body that is glitching on the stairs, and I punch ... Wadsworth! Again. This time, he isn't forgiving, and he ends up nuking it out with Dogmeat, in which Dogmeat wins.

I go outside, tired of the unfortunate chain of events that just transpired, when someone hits me on the head with a pipe, killing me instantly.

And the whole time, Benny Hill was playing in my head.
