Deep in the raging storm over Mt Marmalade, Arceus was looking down at the mountain. He was regretting not having blown the Mew away while she was in the room. The others, who he first thought had been innocent bystanders, were now actually helping the Mew in performing one of the biggest sins in history. And now, Rare was safe in the Holy Place. Arceus couldn't destroy any temple, so blowing everything up was out of the question.
He then had an idea. He looked down once more before rising towards the Heavens. His plan was dangerous, and it would require...evil forces. But desperate times called for desperate measures.

Rare looked up from her Holy Place. She could sense...him. What she was doing was breaking at least a dozen godly rules, and was extremely dangerous, but if she successfully completed the ceremony, she'll be the one writting the rules. If she didn't...
She chased the thought of getting severely punished by all the Gods away. She was going to become a God tonight, and no one was going to stop her. Not even...
She looked at the altar, where the sunglasses were still gently shaking from the presence of its owner in the area. She frowned. The boy was getting too close for comfort. She still needed time for the ceremony to end and for her to become the new ruler of the Earth. She still needed a good amount of time, and she hadn't gone all this way to fail now. She tried to pick up the current position of the boy...and when she did, she didn't like what she was seeing.
''No. They can't reach the weapon stockpile.'' she thought angrily. She mentally send a meesage to her beecat army and her prison guards.
''Attention, all active warriors. This is your Queen speaking. We have intruders in the base, I repeat, intruders in the base. They are currently heading towards the Weapon Stockpile. I will deactivate the turrets so you may get there safely, but that also means you will have to be quick. Stop them at all costs, but I want the human boy named Charles to stay alive and get arrested, and the robot Tacoline to get deactivated, but not destroyed. I will deal with both personally.''
Noise coming deep in the lair indicated that they had received the message. An evil grin stretched over Rare's face.
Let's see the group get through that.

Charles ducked as the rocket flew over him. He got back on his feet as the turret was about to shoot another rocket, when suddenly, it, and, by the sound of it, every single turret down the corridor, powered down.
''What the...?'' said Dewmann, but the answer came to them in the form of an alarm going off and the sound of angry buzzing and heavy footsteps coming towards them.
''RUN!'' screamed Charles.
The group sprinted down the pathways until they reached the double doors of the Weapon Stockpile. The barely had time to get in and lock it that there was already loud banging on the door. The group looked around the room.
''Take what you need and get ready to fight.'' Charles said, and everyone but Taco nodded, since she was too busy being interested in a shiny rock she found on the ground. As everyone looked around and as the doors kept banging, with screams coming from the other side, Charles found his weapon, and he had to resist giggling like a madman as he picked up a fully automatic Gatling gun.
