Well it isn't so simple as to "get used to it and then it will feel good".
The opinion of anal is going to be varied as much as anything else is from person to person.

You are going to have women who think now and will continue to think of it as something terrible either through thoughts of it being potentially extremely painful, dirty or associated with other taboo things, ect. ect.

You also are going to have the group where they view it as a gesture of affection. To go "that extra mile" for their partners, to show that they are able to "tough it out" regardless of how uncomfortable it may be for them they would receive no personal pleasure other then knowing they please their partner.

Then you have women who lack for better words like getting pounded in the ass. Not to sound to crude or anything but the thought of anal penetration is exciting and the actual act is pleasurable to them.

You can't use things like porn as reference. Actors in porn are payed to behave like they enjoy it. Ultimately it will be between partners, you shouldn't try to pressure or "talk them into it" if the partner is unwilling or uninterested.
