So, had a very brony-rific day today.
I performed The Moon Rises(slightly edited lyrics, naturally) for my choir. There's something about performing infront of a crowd that intesnceifys it. Man, I was shakeing, my voice was slideing, and my arms made vibrant gestures when it got to the stronger part of the song when Luna begins to turn. I put so much power into those words, and the first-person perspective of the song really helped bring out that sub-councous acting. They LOVED it. I was trembling for about ten minutes after the performance, but it was so worth it.

Now, I had another very DIFFRENT varity of brony moment later. My mom went through McDonadls(can you see where this is going alreay?) and, thinking of me, got a Frap and... a MLP toy. It's not as ugly as most of the various toys from the francise, but judgeing by it's cutie mark, it's some horrible cross between Derpy and Lilly. Brushable tail too. At first I felt kinda humilated, but now at least I know mom supports me some.
I hate to admit it, but brushing that tail sub-concously comes madetory when I hold it, and I actaully don't mind it. Infact, I'm comeing to like that toy...
I'm going to ask mom to get those toys a bit more often.

If it's any consolation, I'm currently doing Queer Theory at university which from what I've gleaned is turning our conventional ideas on gender on its head.

Also, I'm getting this for my birthday.

Im gonna skip the toys. That's just..... A teensy bit weird. (Although, I wouldn't mind having a plushie. I really can't think of an explanation why Im okay with one but not the other, so JUST SHUT UP, OK?)


EDIT: On a slightly different subject, I now can't get the image of a horrendus alien monster singing with a bunch of choir boys out of my head.

Now imagine a stallion unicorn with a pale white coat, red mane and tail, with a gas mask around his neck, and a biohazard sign as his cutie mark wearing a lab coat.

So... how about today's episode? I was expecting to see PsychoTwi again (Lesson Zero), but Paranoid Twilight was just as awesome.

I liked it. Twilight has got some serious problems, and Pinkie Pie is as hilarious as she is attractive.

I didn't realise that the leather full body suits might have been the animators screwing with us until Pinkie started to..... bend, in such delightful ways.

Maybe this isn't the first time Twilight has done anything like this. Lesson Zero could only be notable because it was the first time she acutally caused a catastrophe, and every other time she's gone totally neurotic in Canterlot/Ponyville is just written off as a temporary phase of her's.
