What's the best way to make comics on the web?

Apparently some sort of drawing tablet and photoshop are required. Along with an idea to execute.

When it comes to doing anything big, I refuse to believe it is beyond your reach. It may take will, dedication and perserverance, but it is not impossible. I say: try your best, and then you can say that you did.

So I need 3 things:

1. A drawing tablet.
2. Photoshop.
3. More practise on my drawing skills.

All right then. I'll try eventually.

SB8, did you draw your pics on a piece of paper and then uploaded it on the internet? or did you draw it directly on ms paint?

It went firstly from draw-to-scan, then after my Birthday last year, I got a tablet, so most has been tablet from thereafter. :3

It would be about the new mascots of the silly board. I also have other comics in my mind, but I'd like to do a comic storyline with Simon and Roxy.

You probably need a scanner to do draw-to-scan, right? Or is there some cool other way that I do not know about?

Sadly, as far as I know, it's Scanner alone. :'(
But in terms of Software, try GIMP.

Or you could register with Aviary; it's essentially photoshop, but free!

Yeah! Gimp is a pretty good program. Course, I downloaded my copy of Photoshop, it's really easy to find good copies if you know where to look.
