I would enjoy browsing gaming websites if the level of maturity from the other commenters rose above that of 13-year-olds. Hell, even that's being generous. I was talking about Mario on a Facebook group too and one person's response was "X is awesome so shut up, your argument is invalid because I say so". And this is from someone older than me.
Seriously, videogame discussion is just fanboyish, immature, and misinformed. It's why I'm not getting into videogame journalism until hell freezes over.

Oh, I don't know, it's said that you can't choose your sexual orientation so I don't see why being attracted to kids, but not acting outwardly on those impulses, would earn someone such stigma. At least they're only apparently into lolicon and not actual child pornography; not that I endorse either, at all, but there's a clear difference between the two.

TVTropes is pretty bad, in general. People always post "oh TVTropes, there goes my afternoon lol" and I just don't get it; I can't spend ten minutes on there without getting bored.

TVTropes make me feel like a monster.
I look at the page for some story or another and people begin wailing about moments that caused them to explode with tears either because it was so sad or so heartwarming or whatever emotion these people with actual working souls feel, and all I can think is:
"Shit. Was I meant to being sad? That was a scene and it was sad? Oh, man. I didn't feel sad. Crap. Like, 50 people here have said they're crying just remembering the scene. I'm such a bad person."

Well, I bumped into my adapter a couple days ago, and it fell off the desk, apparently damaging it to the point that I can't get a very good connection at all. This makes youtube videos take forever to load, tinychat nigh impossible, and I don't know if I can get a new one.
