IMMD: Belgium being made fun of on the internet. Not something I see every day.

IMMD: I wasn't feeling too hot today, so I decided to not assist on the promotional board at the academy (Basically, those who are black stripes or black belts help to review junior belts who are rank up.) My parents went, being black belts themselves, and my mother had something interesting to tell me just now.

After the promotion was done, she and my father were going around, congratulating those who got promoted, and found themselves talking to a man who goes to the beginner classes that I normally help out at. While chatting with him, they found out that he went to said beginner class and told him that they were my parents.

He lit up at that, and called for his two young daughters over (Having promoted themselves) to tell them that "These are "Mister Wilson's parents!" He proceeded to tell them about how much he appreciated my being in the beginner class, and about me being a nice person in general.

Considering I'm a guy who is constantly plagued by fears of being unliked, dull, and pretty much easily dismissed, this is a very pleasant surprise.

I seem to have cracked the problem with my model railway! Apparently the controller is overheating.

In other news, Mongrels is returning this autumn! It's an adult comedy, with PUPPETS!

Apparently it's been 100 years since Wilvert Awdry, creator of Thomas the Tank Engine, was born. In commemoration of this Royal Mail released some limited edition stamps, and I got the LAST ONES at the post office! I am quite pleased :>

Day Made: After being bored at home yesterday, I went up to the Natural History Museum in London with my Ma'. The main entrance queue was massive, but we were rebellious, and went in a secret side entrance! (Exciting stuff! C: But I hope nobody was watching our shenanigans! :/ )
We saw Dinosaur Exhibition (Animatronic T-Rexes. I challenged them to Duels, but they weren't taking :C), an Insect one (Locusts, ugh :C ), Lots of stuffed and replica birds (Dodos, too!) and a great Mammal centre (a full-size Blue Whale Model was suspended in the hall. Plus Seals!).
I also got a picture of Darwin. My homeboy! C:
