First heard this story on the radio this morning, where they gave more details. Apparently this little hoodlum was the leader of a bunch of miscreants who'd been terrorizing the neighborhood, and in particular this old lady, for quite a while. Hope he learned his lesson...amazing that it happened that way in Chicago, though. You'd expect the boy to get off free because he's a victim of society and the lady to be arrested for daring to defend herself with an evil gun. []
